Privacy Policy

No information about persons contacting this website will be furnished to any other entity unless specifically approved by the person making the contact. If you should become a patient of Dr. Brandi, the following provisions will become a part of the "Professional Disclosure Agreement" you will sign before beginning treatment.

All of our communication becomes part of the clinical record. I will keep confidential anything you say to me within legal and ethical limits. I will respect your right of confidentiality of any information communicated by you with the following exceptions:

• You give direct or written permission to disclose certain information;
• There is evidence that you pose a threat to yourself or others;
• You disclose abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elderly, or disabled person;
• A court of law subpoenas the records;
• I discover in a previous therapeutic relationship the therapist was sexually inappropriate; or
• I am otherwise required by law to disclose information.
